Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, text, email, and in person
• Clearly explain insurance coverage & policy details in everyday language.
• Conduct Onboarding interviews of new customers, and renewal interviews with existing clients to identify client needs, resolve concerns, and cross-sell products.
• Process policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues
• Support agency sales and service operations as needed

Requirements

Must complete personally assessment & questions to be considered.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Customer Service & Sales experience required
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• P&C Insurance License Required
• Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused attitude
• Bilingual (Fluent English/Spanish) required

What We Offer:

• $40,000 - $50,000 Base salary, depending on experience. Plus Commissions & Bonuses .
• Paid percentage of total Agency Renewals . As we grow your salary increases.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (in-office)
