Supervisor, Security

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the physical security program at our Tampa site. You will play a key role in protecting people, products, and operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. What you will get An agile career with opportunities for growth and development An inclusive and ethical workplace where your voice is valued Competitive compensation that recognizes performance Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities to lead impactful security initiatives A collaborative environment across cross-functional teams Lead daily site security operations, including guard force, patrols, and incident response Manage access control, CCTV, and visitor systems to protect people and assets Ensure compliance with DEA regulations and site security standards Oversee security vendors and monitor performance and training Lead investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions Support emergency preparedness and response activities Drive continuous improvement of site security programs and procedures What we are looking for Experience managing physical security operations in a regulated environment Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and security technologies Understanding of regulatory requirements, ideally DEA or similar standards Strong problem-solving and investigation skills Ability to lead teams and manage external security providers Effective communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in security or related field Lonza is an equal opportunity employer.
