Furniture Fair is looking for motivated, personable Sales & Design Consultants who enjoy working with people, have an eye for style and are driven to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and learn about their style, space, budget and furniture needs
• Recommend furniture and accessories that fit each customer's home
• Create and present design solutions based on customer preferences and living spaces
• Conduct in-home consultations when needed, including measuring and assessing the space
• Develop strong product knowledge and stay current on promotions and new merchandise
• Follow up with customers regarding purchases, product arrivals, promotions and future needs
• Build repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service
• Work toward individual and store sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Motivation to achieve sales goals
• Ability to build relationships and follow up with customers
• Interest in furniture, home décor or interior design
• Previous sales, retail, customer-service or design experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and some holidays
