Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Staffing professional to join our team at Mary Agnes Manor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our employees.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits administration
Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
Provide support with employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement
Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Staff scheduling
Requirements:
3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations
Proficiency in HR software and systems
