Your Role

* Utilize our innovative platform and your network to identify prospective healthcare candidates

* Contact potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings for candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

* Continuously follow up with leads to foster engagement throughout their hiring journey

* Keep our applicant tracking system current and accurate

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful placements derived from your leads

Your Compensation

This role is based on performance and commissions only. In this model, there's no limit to your earning potential or your ability to succeed.
