Senior Data Engineer

Technical role. Specific contribution expected from the role: Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Tableau to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of C-suite dashboards across multiple stakeholders and markets. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Tableau and capable of independently pulling, preparing, transforming, extracting, and loading data using strong SQL skills without relying on separate engineering support. The role is heavily focused on dashboard development and updates, including adding filters, creating new views, maintaining existing reports, and generating precise visualizations that support executive decision-making. The candidate should have proven expertise in data analysis, complex formula creation, and effectively communicating insights and findings to business stakeholders. Strong requirements gathering skills are critical, as the role involves engaging with stakeholders who may provide vague business requests, requiring the ability to ask the right questions, clarify expectations, and provide constructive pushback when necessary. Proficiency in Tableau, Python, and SQL is essential. Experience in the QSR domain is beneficial but not mandatory and can be learned. The role requires alignment with EST working hours.
