Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Holston Senior Living – Wytheville, VA Full-Time Shifts Available | 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Rate of pay: $14.00 hour min to $17.00 hour max (plus Shift Diffs as applicable) Access to Daily Pay Join a team that feels like family! We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and help residents live life to the fullest. What You’ll Do: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff. Support residents with meals, light housekeeping, and social activities. Qualifications: Must have a valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate . Must have current CPR certification. Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred. Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented. Strong communication and time management skills.
