We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated New Car Sales Associate to join our sales team at our family-owned dealership. As a New Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through the process of purchasing a new vehicle, and developing a personal brand within our store. Primary Responsibilities and Goals:

• Assist customers in selecting the right new vehicle based on their needs and preferences.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and financing options.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.

• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve dealership objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous sales experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license.
