Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to capture high-quality diagnostic images for physician analysis
  • Engage with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate identification and treatment
  • Position patients effectively and adjust equipment for optimal imaging results
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues
  • Maintain current logs and documentation for imaging procedures and equipment upkeep
  • Exhibit compassionate care throughout the imaging journey for each patient
  • Create a safe, organized, and efficient imaging setting
Education & Credentials
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage
  • Graduation from an accredited radiology curriculum
Necessary Certifications
  • ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
  • Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of start
Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging practices and safety regulations
  • Exceptional communication abilities with patients and diverse staff
  • Capacity to adapt swiftly in a dynamic work environment
  • A detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Technological proficiency with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging systems
