Sleep. Invoice Beer. Repeat: As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and general accounting duties. This involves handling confidential information, managing reports, and resolving discrepancies. This position requires a strong understanding of financial information and will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. A Day in the Life Manage billback process Validate End of Day process and complete Month End tasks Provide support for questions tied to invoices from customer and suppliers Process EFT payments Requirements Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required One or more years' experience in Accounting/Finance preferred 18 years of age or older Strong financial acumen including an understanding of financial information Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong analytical skills and numeric ability Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively Sense of urgency and attention to detail while working within deadlines Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism Self-starter with a high productivity level Like a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933.
