Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students' psychological, emotional, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students, their families, and other professionals.
\n
• Work alongside educators and school personnel to address students' behavioral and emotional health in an educational context.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client documentation adhering to HIPAA guidelines and state regulations.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies or critical incidents affecting students

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and social difficulties. The school-based setting allows you to work closely with children and adolescents, their families, and educators to create a holistic support system that addresses their mental health needs effectively and engages with their overall academic success and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Washington is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience , ideally in a school-based or child-focused environment.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care and current mental health best practices.
\n
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
\n
• Proficiency in EHR systems is advantageous, as is bilingual proficiency or experience with specific populations.
