Sales & Operations Manager Towson, MD

The Sales & Operations Manager serves as the second-in-command to the CEO , with direct responsibility for overseeing revenue generation, daily operations, and team performance across all service lines. This role operates in a dual capacity: Driving company-wide revenue growth Managing team operations, systems, and execution This is a leadership role with near-full operational authority and is critical to scaling Brighter Day Services across all regions. Core Responsibilities Personally close residential and commercial service deals Build, manage, and optimize the full sales pipeline Support and coach Lead Generalist Supervisors and Lead Generalists in closing deals Develop pricing strategies and proposals for commercial clients Identify growth opportunities and new service expansions Operations & Team Management Oversee day-to-day operations across all active regions Manage Lead Generalist Supervisors and their teams Ensure consistent use of systems (BookingKoala, internal workflows) Maintain service quality, client satisfaction, and contractor performance Lead hiring, onboarding, and team expansion efforts Implement and refine SOPs and operational systems Compensation Structure (Startup Phase) 1. Team Revenue Override Earn a percentage of total team-generated revenue: 1.0% on first $14,999

1. 5% on $15,000–$24,999
2. 0% on $25,000+

Residential: 18%–20% per job 3. Performance Accelerator When total company revenue exceeds $25,000 in a month:

• 2% on all personal commissions
• 0.5% increase on team override

4. Milestone Bonuses Revenue-Based:

• 250 at $5K month
• 500 at $10K month
• 1,000 at $25K month
• 2,000 for sustaining $25K for 3 months
• 2,500 at $50K month

Operational Milestones: Hiring and staffing bonuses Team build-out bonuses 5. Monthly KPI Bonus Pool ($500) Based on: New client acquisitionTeam growth Operational execution 6. Earnings Structure Uncapped earning potential Multiple revenue streams (personal + team + bonuses) Direct correlation between performance and income Transition to Structured Compensation This commission-based structure will transition to a base + bonus model once the company sustains: $25,000+ monthly revenue for 3 consecutive months Post-transition compensation will include: Base pay Performance bonuses Growth incentives Operate with leadership-level accountability Drive both sales and operational execution daily Build and manage a high-performing team Maintain consistency, structure, and performance standards Act as a direct extension of the CEO Position Significance This role is foundational to the company’s growth and is positioned as the primary leadership role beneath the CEO.
