Summary:

**Certifications Required:** - ACLS before starting date on hire - BLS before starting date on hire - PALS before starting date on hire - TNCC before starting date on hire - CPI before starting date on hire - NIHSS before starting date on hire - ENPC within 90 days of hire **Requested Skill Set:** - 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED - Previous HCA experience preferred - Must have 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting - Teamwork mentality - Ability to coach and give feedback in real time - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED **Advanced skills needed:** Procedures performed on unit **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Navy scrubs
