Administrative Assistant

Insight Global

Schedule: 30 hours/week, MondayFriday (8:00 AM2:00 PM or 9:00 AM3:00 PM)

Must-Haves:

  • 1+ year of experience in an office or administrative setting
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, invoicing)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail and organization skills

Plusses:

  • Experience running payroll (especially certified payroll and union payroll)
  • Familiarity with Peachtree accounting software

Day-to-Day:

  • Type and format written field reports in Microsoft Word, including recreating drawings using shapes
  • Assist the office manager with billing and invoicing tasks
  • Maintain and organize filing systems (physical documents)
  • Retrieve project documents for the owner and field technicians as needed
