Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 30 hours/week, MondayFriday (8:00 AM2:00 PM or 9:00 AM3:00 PM)
Must-Haves:
- 1+ year of experience in an office or administrative setting
- Experience with basic bookkeeping (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, invoicing)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and organization skills
Plusses:
- Experience running payroll (especially certified payroll and union payroll)
- Familiarity with Peachtree accounting software
Day-to-Day:
- Type and format written field reports in Microsoft Word, including recreating drawings using shapes
- Assist the office manager with billing and invoicing tasks
- Maintain and organize filing systems (physical documents)
- Retrieve project documents for the owner and field technicians as needed
