What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload independently across inpatient, outpatient, outpatient rehab, and skilled nursing settings
• Provide advanced therapy services for complex patient diagnoses including spinal injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and post-surgical cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems: Meditech and Wellsky
• Support patient recovery through tailored therapeutic interventions
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and hospital policies

What You Need:

• Current Louisiana PT license
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in physical therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical skills in managing complex patients with diverse diagnoses
• Supportive attitude and excellent communication skills

About the Assignment:

This position is with a leading facility in Shreveport offering outpatient, inpatient rehab, and acute care therapy services. You will become part of a dedicated team serving patients with a variety of medical complexities, providing expert care in a supportive environment. Full case load expected within the first week with scheduled orientation to ensure smooth onboarding.
