Full Time Parkway-Pennsylvania, Broomall, PA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 2484 The Facility Manager is responsible for full end-to-end ownership of on-site operations at the Broomall facility. This role oversees all functional workflows including intake, returns, refurbishment, inventory control, programming, quality control, and outbound operational support. This leader ensures the facility operates efficiently, consistently, and at scale—driving throughput, accuracy, and compliance while supporting system stability and future ERP migration initiatives. The role is highly execution-focused with strong emphasis on operational discipline, workforce leadership, and continuous process improvement. Core Responsibilities End-to-End Facility Operations Ownership Own daily on-site operations across all core workflows: Returns intake and processing Refurbishment operations Inventory control and reconciliation Order processing and fulfillment Device programming and QC validation Outbound shipping and distribution Ensure consistent operational flow from intake through final shipment Maintain high levels of accuracy, throughput, and service performance Capacity Planning & Throughput Management Manage site capacity, workload distribution, and operational forecasting Align staffing and workflow design with volume demands Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across refurb, returns, and fulfillment streams Optimize facility utilization, labor efficiency, and process flow Systems & Process Support Support ongoing operational systems usage (ERP/WMS and supporting tools) Ensure data integrity and consistent system execution across workflows Partner with leadership on process standardization and improvements Support stabilization of operations during system changes and upgrades Employee Management & Workforce Leadership Lead on-site teams across key functional areas: Returns processing team Refurbishment technicians Programming and QC personnel Oversee scheduling, staffing, performance management, and coaching Drive accountability, productivity, and team engagement Support hiring and onboarding as needed to meet operational demand Programming, Quality Control & Order Accuracy Ensure QC standards are met before units are released for fulfillment Reduce defects, rework, and downstream quality issues Maintain strong order accuracy and fulfillment integrity Inventory Control & Operational Accuracy Maintain accurate inventory across all stages: intake, in-process, and finished goods Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies Support traceability and audit readiness across all operational flows ERP Migration Support Support preparation and readiness for future ERP system migration Assist in mapping current workflows and ensuring process alignment Help validate operational requirements and system functionality during transition Support adoption and stabilization of new system processes Key Performance Areas Operational throughput and units processed per day Refurbishment output and cycle time Inventory accuracy and system alignment Order fulfillment accuracy and SLA adherence Labor efficiency and capacity utilization Quality control pass rate and defect reduction Cancellation and exception resolution effectiveness Compliance and training completion rates Role Focus Summary This role is responsible for ensuring the Broomall facility runs as a high-efficiency, tightly controlled operational hub , with strong emphasis on: #J-18808-Ljbffr
