Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Worker inInkster, MI, where you will provide compassionate and reliable support to individuals in their homes. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
