Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule and hybrid working opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary FP&A business partner supporting the Repair and U.S. Marine & Construction businessesLead monthly financial close analysis, including detailed actual-to-budget, actual-to-forecast, and prior-year variance analysisPrepare, coordinate, and maintain annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plansDevelop meaningful financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions and operational initiativesAnalyse revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, working capital, and profitability trends while providing actionable recommendations to leadershipPartner with operations to identify risks, opportunities, and cost improvement initiativesPrepare and present monthly business reviews, KPI reporting, and executive financial presentationsSupport pricing, capital expenditure, and investment analyses through financial modelling and business case developmentJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Financial AnalysisStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and management reportingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of US GAAPBenefits:Competitive salaryFlexible start and end timesHybrid working options - 3 days on-site & 2 days remoteOpportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environmentProfessional development and training opportunitiesIf you are a highly driven and motivated financial professional with a strong analytical focus and significant experience in FP&A, we would love to hear from you.
