Sourcing Specialist

Indirect Sourcing SpecialistSupport end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution across indirect spend categories.Manage purchase order activities, supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes while resolving system or process issues.Track and analyze procurement KPIs to recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field4 years of procurement experience, preferably supporting indirect categories (e.g., Marketing, IT, HR, Facilities)Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, sourcing methodology, and contract fundamentalsExperience using a source-to-pay system such as Oracle, SAP, or CoupaPreferred Qualifications:Experience partnering with Legal to review and redline commercial contract termsContinuous improvement mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
