What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active SLP license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapy plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for supporting learners of varied backgrounds and needs

Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually and in small groups
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and communicate results with educational teams and families
• Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create a positive learning experience
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant state and district guidelines
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
