Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires strong design fundamentals, digital UI/UX awareness, and the ability to deliver high‑quality visual assets that elevate our brand presence across print and digital platforms. What You’ll Do Design and produce visual content for logos, packaging, advertising, eCommerce, social media, and marketing collateral. Translate brand guidelines into compelling digital UI deliverables (mockups, prototypes, design systems, animations). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product designers, engineers, marketers) to ensure smooth handoff and execution. Contribute to creative strategy, presenting and justifying design concepts to stakeholders. Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all design outputs. Stay updated on design trends, category insights, and competitive landscape. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 5+ years of full‑time design experience (agency or in‑house). Beauty industry experience: 5 years (Required) Consumer trends expertise: 5 years (Required) Digital design systems: 4 years (Required) Design experience: 6 years (logos, packaging, advertising, eCommerce, social media, and marketing) Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetics, package design, layout, brand identity, and prototyping. Must‑Have Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and brand identity . Experience in digital, packaging, and in‑store displays with basic print feasibility knowledge. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with AI‑enabled tools for prototyping and creative iteration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Strong time and project management skills; able to prioritize and deliver under pressure. Nice to Have Experience in strategic communication and integrative thinking . Background in digital design systems and scalable creative solutions.
