Plays a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assesses compliance risks, develops and implements compliance programs, and conducting thorough investigations into any breaches. Collaborates closely with auditors and regulatory bodies, maintains up-to-date compliance documentation, and provides expert advice to business units to promote ethical and legal operations. Reports to senior management on compliance status and findings is also a key responsibility.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ year's experience in advanced compliance management. Proven ability to lead compliance investigations and audits. Expertise in regulatory standards and risk mitigation. Strong skills in policy development and employee training. Experience reporting to senior management and regulators. Preferred Qualifications: Nursing Degree with Nursing background.
