Overview Do you want to be known as a Cyber Security Leader? Our Managed Services Representatives guide our Managed Service customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. Our representatives bring Proofpoint’s experience and Best Practices with them. Our customers lean on us for our expertise and eye for detail. Do you have the need for speed? As our customer‑base grows and our technology solutions are constantly updated, we strive to work efficiently & effectively in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment. That means we also need to be excellent at time management and prioritizing. Do you sweat the small stuff? Our customers rely on us to plan their projects and ensure they go off without a hitch. While most of the work we do is independent, we share what we know and step in to assist others on the team in order to meet the needs of all our customers. This role follows a schedule aligned with Pacific Time (PT) business hours. Your Day to Day Work with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment program Develop implementation and communication strategies Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reports Resolve low‑level technical issues as they pertain to Proofpoint Security software Follow approved escalation process for all other software concerns Handle a Managed Services account load and keep an updated status for each of the Managed Services customers in our CRM system. Must also provide detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions.
