Construction Laborer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support underground utility and site work projects. This role involves assisting with water and sewer installations, excavation support, and overall job site operations. Ideal candidates are physically capable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team in an outdoor construction environment. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, sewer, and underground utility projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Support excavation, trenching, backfilling, and pipe installation
• Assist equipment operators and foremen as directed
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times

Essential Skills

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior construction or utility experience preferred but not required
• OSHA 10 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to an hour to job sites

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
