Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Engineering Design & Construction We are seeking motivated Project Coordinators to support Project Managers and Project Engineers in the day‑to‑day management of complex projects. Job Responsibilities Coordinate with team members to process project documentation including specifications, reports, meeting minutes and other documents. Edit reports for clarity and presentation. Process sub‑consultant agreements and manage change orders. Assist in establishing project deliverable information, issue deliverables to team members, track deliverables, and provide “day‑of‑deliverable” support. Perform routine audits of the project directory to ensure compliance with company standards. Requirements Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree. Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a safe driving record for occasional deliveries or pick‑ups. Ability to pass background checks, security screenings, or drug testing as required by clients and/or Federal contracts. Authorized to work in the United States. Compensation Hourly range: $28.84 – $33.00 per hour (approximately $60,000 – $62,400 annually), based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
