CPR
Job Details Performs a variety of Computed Tomography procedures and duties under the direction of a qualified physician, technical specialist, and CT Operations Manager using prescribed levels of ionizing radiation.
Performs all activities according to federal, state, local, and hospital policies and procedures to a variety of patients ranging from newborn to geriatric in age.
Operates imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts.
Able to insert and remove IV's.
Job Requirements Graduated from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Minimum of 1-year Radiology experience required.
Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of adult and older adult patients preferred.
Licensed by the State of Massachusetts Radiation Control Board.
ARRT Registered- RT (R) or RT (N).
ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography preferred.
If no CT License at time of hire, Technologist has one year to obtain CT License.
CPR certified.
Schedule Information Overnight shift.

AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military CPR accepted; preferences vary by hospital.
Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
N95 fit test required within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
Documentation of immunizations and health screenings required (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Health Statement, Tdap).
Criminal background checks and various professional verifications required prior to start and updated as needed.
Must complete MGB Skills Checklist and provide references for submission.
