We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and sales-focused Sales Associate who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming experience. This is a hands-on front desk position that plays an important role in client service, scheduling, membership sales, and the daily flow of the clinic. Perks & Pay Competitive pay of $13.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience Opportunities to earn bonuses, commissions, and tips Medical, dental, and vision plans for eligible full-time employees Matching 401(k) Paid time off Employee referral bonus program Employee Assistance Program In-depth product, service, and sales training One complimentary massage, skincare, or stretch service each month 40% discount on retail products Opportunities for growth and advancement Qualified Candidates Have previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience; spa or wellness experience is a plus Are friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with clients Can confidently educate clients about memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products Are comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals Have strong computer, math, communication, and multitasking skills Are detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately Can remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment Take initiative and follow through on assigned responsibilities Are comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients Have an interest in massage, skincare, stretch, and overall wellness Day-to-Day Responsibilities Greet clients and create a friendly, welcoming experience Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions promptly and professionally Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and check clients in and out for appointments Educate clients about Massage Envy memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products Sell memberships and help the clinic meet sales and retention goals Rebook clients for future appointments and encourage consistent wellness routines Recommend retail products based on service-provider guidance Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective, new, and existing clients Collect payments, process transactions, and maintain register accuracy Assist with membership questions, account updates, and basic client concerns Support service providers and help keep the clinic running smoothly Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and other assigned front desk responsibilities Maintain accurate client notes and follow all clinic policies and procedures Job Type & Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible availability is required based on business needs Schedule may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and some holidays Candidates must be dependable and able to work their agreed-upon schedule consistently This is an in-person, client-facing position We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is motivated by goals, and wants to grow with our team.
