Lead ReactJS Developer (Only W2)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React JS, TypeScript, and JavaScript to join our team. You will be responsible for developing responsive and scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing UI components for maximum speed and scalability. This is an on-site opportunity suited for candidates located locally, with availability for in-person interviews. Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency with React JS , TypeScript , JavaScript , HTML , and CSS
- Hands-on experience building responsive UIs using Bootstrap or similar frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Redux , including Redux Saga , Redux Thunk , or useQuery hooks
- Solid understanding of module bundlers such as Webpack
- Experience with consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks like Jest or Karma
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- bility to understand and gather business and technical requirements effectively
- Develop new user-facing features and reusable UI components
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate closely with backend developers and QA teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and provide production support as needed
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of engineering best practices
- Work Arrangement: On-site (3 days per week) - In-person interviews required
