You’ll get to: This role will work closely with senior legal department leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic transactions and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.Lead and support M&A transactions, including:drafting and negotiation NDAsconducting due diligencestructuring, negotiation, drafting transaction documentsdriving regulatory clearance processclosing of dealsadvising on post-closing transition services arrangements.Advise on a wide range of corporate transactions, including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other business development initiatives.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and corporate documents.Provide support on public company matters, including SEC reporting and disclosure obligations (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, Section 16 filings) and NYSE listing requirements.Oversee the organization and maintenance of subsidiary corporate secretarial mattersCollaborate with external counsel as needed on complex transactions or specialized matters.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. The Salary range for this position is $134,300.00 - $231,700.00
