Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable website functionality and workflows. Implement accessibility and SEO best practices throughout the design and development process. Clearly articulate ideas and solutions through both written and verbal communication, fostering strong teamwork across hybrid locations. Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience in website design and full‑stack development. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design techniques. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Ability to write and speak clearly and persuasively, promoting collaboration within a hybrid team.
