What You Will Do
- Design and develop engaging web experiences using Webflow to enhance user interaction and brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Utilize UI/UX best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on design concepts.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize web designs and improve user engagement.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate design solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in Webflow and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience in marketing design, particularly for B2B applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure design effectiveness and user engagement.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance web visibility.
