Territory Manager- Orlando

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for its Surgery business unit to drive sales revenue and build relationships with healthcare professionals in hospital settings. The role involves solution-based selling, clinical education, procedural support, and territory management using modern sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue and identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical education to healthcare professionals
- Deliver in-procedure technical and clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff
- Lead product evaluations and implementation activities with customers
- Execute territory plans using sales technology and strategic account planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum four years B2B or similar sales experience with documented success
- Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to meet auto safety standards
- Medical facility vendor credentialing and access requirements
- Ability to work in operating rooms and tolerate extended standing during procedures
- Strong clinical education and consultative selling capabilities
- Revenue growth accountability and goal-oriented execution skills
