Debt Enrollment Specialist — Fresh Leads, Real Opportunity

$18/Hour + Commission | Full-Time | In Office Only

Know how to build trust and close confidently? Put your sales skills to work helping people understand their debt intervention options and guiding qualified prospects through enrollment.

We generate fresh opt-in leads daily , giving you new opportunities to connect with people who have expressed interest in getting help with their debt.

Previous debt settlement enrollment experience is highly preferred. If you’re comfortable discussing financial challenges, answering questions, and turning interest into action, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, in-office position. No remote work is available.

What We Offer

What You’ll Do

• Contact fresh opt-in leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Discuss prospective clients’ unsecured debt, financial circumstances, and goals.
• Assess program eligibility using established qualification guidelines.
• Clearly explain our debt intervention program, including services, costs, requirements, and realistic expectations.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide qualified prospects through enrollment.
• Complete enrollment documentation and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Meet enrollment goals while providing a professional, respectful client experience.
• Coordinate with our servicing team for a smooth transition after enrollment.

What You Bring

• Previous debt settlement enrollment experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience in debt relief, financial services, or consultative phone sales.
• Strong communication, listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Empathy and confidence when discussing sensitive financial situations.
• Organization, dependability, and a coachable attitude.
• Comfort using a CRM and other computer-based tools.
• Availability to work full time in our office.
