Customer Support Specialist

Axios Professional Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to fill an opening with a textile supplier located in Kentwood, MI. Interested candidates should be motivated professionals with proven customer-focused mentalities, proficient computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional, positive interactions with colleagues and team members
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability and lead times
• Arrange and oversee shipping and receiving activities
• Provide administrative and operational support to sales representatives
• Monitor accounts and orders, identifying and resolving issues as needed
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone and email

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Strong record of punctuality and reliable attendance
