Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role is all about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.

In this role, you'll handle a variety of service requests for our valued customers. You'll issue new and renewal policies, process changes to existing policies, and assist with endorsements like coverage updates, address changes, and more. You'll also respond to client inquiries via phone and email, provide certificates of insurance, and answer coverage questions by referring to policy language. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate documentation of all communications and follow-ups. Every day, you'll help protect what matters most to our clients.

You're a great communicator who can explain complex issues in simple terms. You're organized and can manage multiple tasks effectively. You're comfortable using technology to process requests and maintain records. You're a problem solver who enjoys helping others. You have a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Required: High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience. Appropriate license Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
