Future Opening: Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Dispatcher
Whitney Holdings is a small business operating in Michigan and Florida. We are looking for a reliable professional to act as a communication point with techs in the field and customers. This individual will also schedule jobs being mindful of job mix, duration and geographic common sense. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency/tenuous situations. Previous experience in lead conversions is a plus! You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information. Our goal is to service our customers and our employees.
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Whitney Services employs plumbers, electrical contractors, HVAC technicians, and drain cleaning professionals to better serve customers throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio & Florida. It is always our goal to provide the best service and parts to our customers on every job.
