Future Opening: Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities include providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the agency.
Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, being people-oriented, being self-motivated, proactive in problem solving, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, and the ability to multi-task.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Hudsonville. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
