Merchandise Planning Manager

We are seeking a Merchandise Planning Manager to oversee our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) merchandising strategy for Concession stores, and our ECOM platform across Ted Baker and Stance socks. This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance and inventory management.

What You Will Do:

• Create and maintain Open-to-Buy (OTB) for each brand including reforecasting monthly
• Create seasonal buy plans to guide the merchant team on where to invest OTB in
• Own the annual DTC budget process in collaboration with the Sr. Director of DTC Buying and Planning
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Digital team, marketing team, store teams, and cross-functional DTC teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Generate and distribute weekly reports on sales performance and inventory status to stakeholders including qualitative feedback and suggested actions
• Conduct in-depth end-of-season reviews, analyzing sell-through rates to pinpoint opportunities and risks for future seasons.
• Work alongside merchants and the DTC team to optimize style performance and identify OTB opportunities.
• Manage and grow an Assistant Planner/Allocator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DTC or omnichannel planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional mathematical and analytical capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans effectively.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across various business functions.
• Resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
