Think of yourself as the conductor behind the curtain, ensuring every department plays in harmony to create a five-star guest experience.What You'll DoProvide strategic leadership and direction across all Rooms Division departments.Recruit, train, mentor, and develop department managers and supervisors.Establish performance goals and conduct regular evaluations that inspire growth.Champion a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and accountability.Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and labor regulations.Deliver consistently outstanding guest service from arrival through departure.Resolve escalated guest concerns with grace, empathy, and swift action.Monitor guest feedback, satisfaction surveys, and online reviews to drive continuous improvement.Oversee VIP guest arrangements and special rate programs.Direct daily operations within the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.Coordinate seamlessly between departments to optimize room readiness and guest flow.Monitor room inventory, status, and housekeeping productivity to maintain operational excellence.What You BringExcellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.Adaptability and composure under pressure.Proficiency in reporting and accounting practices.A natural gift for guest relations.Familiarity with the PEP System preferred.Your BackgroundPrevious hotel experience in a similar leadership role is required. A degree in Hotel Administration or Management is a plus, though not essential — we value proven leadership and passion for hospitality above all.The Physical Side of the RoleThis position requires regular sitting, standing, bending, and walking, as well as the use of hands for various tasks.
