Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work
- Address routine maintenance issues such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, repairing doors, and patching walls
- Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment and facility downtime
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs
- Install and replace basic fixtures, hardware, and equipment as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work environment
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and materials used
- Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex repairs beyond scope
- Assist with store setup, remodeling projects, and general upkeep
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Insurance Package after 60 Days of Employment
