Clinical Professor, Open-Rank (50% - 80% effort) #ACC080

The University of Chicago’s Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care is searching for part‑time clinical academic anesthesiologists from 50% – 80% effort for appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor. Clinical responsibilities will include providing perioperative care in operating room and non‑operating room environments. Covered locations include the University of Chicago Medical Center main campus in Hyde Park, and possibly system network sites including Ingalls Memorial Hospital, our location in Crown Point Indiana, and other sites to be added in the future. Other duties include teaching and supervision of fellows, residents, and medical students. Scholarly activity is not required but is supported. Academic rank, track and compensation are dependent upon qualifications. These positions are benefits‑eligible.
