Attorney – Trusts & Estates Location: Philadelphia, PA | On-site | Permanent | Compensation: $165,000 – $400,000 per year, based on experience. Job Details We are looking for an attorney with 10+ years experience, specializing in Trusts & Estates, to work on complex estate planning projects. The candidate must be barred in Pennsylvania or New Jersey and have a background in large or mid‑sized law firms. Responsibilities Provide legal guidance and representation to high‑value clients on trusts and estate planning matters. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Manage client relationships and coordinate with support staff. Delegate tasks and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals as needed. Qualifications 10+ years of courtroom/practice experience, primarily in trusts and estates. Bar admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. Experience handling complex estate planning for high‑net‑worth clients. Worked in a big or medium law firm. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
