Job Details Responsibilities Manage all phases of complex construction defect cases involving representation of architects, engineers, surveyors and other design professionals on construction projects.

Assist with commercial litigation cases as needed.

Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.

Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups (real estate, construction, land use) on matters with parallel transactional or regulatory issues.

Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
