Competitive compensation No firm billable requirement Generous billable bonus plan up to an additional $45,000 20% origination bonus Firm sponsored medical, dental, vision 401k with employer contribution Job Details Responsibilities Manage all phases of complex construction defect cases involving representation of architects, engineers, surveyors and other design professionals on construction projects. Assist with commercial litigation cases as needed. Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs. Take and defend depositions; argue motions in state and federal courts. Develop and maintain strong client relationships; provide timely, practical advice aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups (real estate, construction, land use) on matters with parallel transactional or regulatory issues. Qualifications Bar Admissions New Jersey (required) plus Pennsylvania (strongly preferred) or New York (nice to have). Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience. Strong research and writing skills; comfort with courtroom appearances and client interaction. Ability to manage competing deadlines and drive matters forward with minimal oversight.
