We are hiring an On-Site Recruiter for a global logistics company.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing the full recruitment process and providing on-support to our client.
• Ensures all staffing needs are met efficiently, while maintaining strong relationships with both the client and employees.
• Combines recruiting onboarding, employee relations and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations at the site.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for client job openings.
• Coordinate, onboard and provide orientation for site-specific training for new hires.
• Maintain daily communication with client supervisors and management to address staffing needs and performance.
• Conduct employee check-ins, manage attendance and resolve workplaces issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate employee and client records in the company database.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance and adherence to client policies.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll submissions and timesheet collection as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures and employment regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the staffing office.

Pay Rate:

• Starting between $22.00/HR and $24.00/HR.

Shift:

• Morning Shift.
• Hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

Work Environment:

• Primarily on-site at client facility.
• Regular interaction with production employees, supervisors and office personnel.
• Some after-hours availability may be required for shift coverage.
