We are seeking a dedicated Medical Front Office Admin to join a well-established specialty clinic, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Shift:
Ability to work Monday through Friday, with specific days in each location: MWF in Laguna Woods and T/Th in Irvine

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
Schedule patient appointments accurately and manage the appointment calendar
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring all documentation is complete
Assist with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) data entry and management
Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate patient flow and clinic operations

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to and from the clini c
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual Spanish and English is required
Previous experience in a medical front office or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional and friendly interpersonal communication
Must be able to provide professional references
