Effectively perform all aspects of production processes including mold, water, fire, biohazard, and contents work. Continuously develop production skills and expertise. Show care for equipment and respect for customers' homes and businesses. Follow uniform and policy guidelines. Maintain work documentation daily. Always leave jobsites clean and orderly. Maintain clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians. Qualifications Willingness for continued learning and growth. Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care of facility, assets, and equipment. Aptitude for record keeping, recording information, and communicating. Awareness and respect for safety, using caution with teammates and customers. Strong multitasking and handling deadlines; organizational and leadership skills. Must have own basic toolkit and smartphone; specialty tools and other electronic devices provided by company.
