Onsite Benefits Navigator: Healthcare, Compliance & Education
East-West
East-West is seeking an on‑site Benefits Administrator to manage our self‑funded healthcare plan, serving as the primary day‑to‑day anchor and liaison with the TPA and HRA vendors. You will audit eligibility data and monitor claims utilization to ensure accurate, cost‑effective plan benefits, while maintaining HIPAA privacy. You will collaborate with HR to align benefits with East‑West values and ensure ERISA and ACA filings are completed accurately, supporting employee wellbeing and regulatory #J-18808-Ljbffr East-West
