Responsibilities As a Land Development Superintendent, you bring our vision to life by converting raw land into construction‑ready building sites. You oversee land development schedules and budgets, act as an advisor and communicator, effectively motivate subcontractors, and maintain high standards to keep the company ahead of the competition. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture. • At least four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to read site plans, knowledge of soil mechanics, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits Annual salary of $90,000 – $115,000 plus bonus potential and extensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
