The CDO will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's fundraising efforts, with a focus on providing the necessary financial resources to support the mission. This includes developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans, cultivating donor relationships, and overseeing the execution of fundraising events and campaigns. In addition to fundraising, the CDO will be involved in managing projects and teams, and must have a strong background in this area.
